While millions of Americans stayed indoors during Saturday’s paralyzing blizzard, one woman didn’t seem to mind the freezing temperatures. Whether she was unaware of the icy cold or motivated by a dare, an unidentified brunette was caught on camera sprinting through Morgantown, West Virginia, wearing only a white T-shirt.
